PURPOSE: Provided is a grass twisting-proof apparatus suitable for a rotary cultivator in order to substantially completely prevent grass/rice straws from violating an attached end of a cultivation blade shaft, in turn, to remove failure possible to progress oil leak from bearing portions of a vibration case and/or a supporting frame. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises the cultivation blade shaft(2) with a plurality of cultivation blades(1); a driving axis(10) supported at bottom side of the vibration case(4) mounted with a vibration device(3), transversally protruding and installed with one end side of the shaft(2); another axis(16) of the supporting frame(8) mounted with the other end side of the shaft(2); and a rotation plate(5) mounted between the vibration case(4) and the cultivation blades(1) at the one end side of the shaft(2) or between the frame(8) and the cultivation blades(1) at the other side of the shaft(2). The rotation plate(5) has been attached by multiple linear members(32) at both sides thereof.
