摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultrafine particle cement having rapidly improved permeability to ground. SOLUTION: This ultrafine particle cement is characterized in that the cement is obtained by mixing and grinding cement clinker and/or cement, blast furnace slag and gypsum, comprises 10-40 wt.% of cement clinker and/or cement fine powder (excellent gypsum), 60-90 wt.% of blast furnace slag fine powder and 0.5-3 wt.% calculated as SO3 of gypsum fine powder (including gypsum in cement) and has 18μm maximum particle diameter, <=40% amount of particles passing through 2.2μm and the ratio of particles having 90% passing volume percentage to particles having 10% passing volume percentage of <=8.</p>
