PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a collecting agent for core fibers for an optical fiber, capable of forming a hardened body excellent in adhesion to a tension member when the core fibers of the optical fiber are collected around the tension member, and composed of a resin composition for the optical fiber coating. SOLUTION: This collecting agent for the core fibers for the optical fiber comprises (A) a radically polymerizable oligomer, (B) a radically polymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a compound having a sulfur atom and a nitrogen atom in one molecule, in a proportion of 0.1-10 wt.% based on the total of the components (A) to (D).
