PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an expected luminescence and oscillation by improving a heat resistance of a thin film, or the like, of an organic metal complex wherein aβ-diketone is coordinated with europium which is used for an electroluminescence element and enabling the application of a high voltage. SOLUTION: The organic metal complex contains a ligand of formula (1), a neutral ligand and a rare earth metal. Here, one relectes from the group consisting of europium, samarium, terbium and neodymium is used as the rare earth metal.
