PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the surface form of a flexible and hardly handleable medicinal sheet for sticking to skin and surely stick the sheet to a diseased part of the skin. SOLUTION: This medicinal sticking sheet which can hold the whole flexible medicinal base fabric sheet with a holding sheet stuck to the back side, even when the skin side protection sheet is removed, is characterized by sticking the protection sheet and the holding sheet, such as films, to the medicinal side and the back side of the medicinal base fabric sheet, namely forming the three- layered sheet having the base fabric as a core. The method for perfectly sticking the base fabric sheet to a skin, comprises using an exclusive other holder without integrating the whole back side of the flexible base fabric sheet with the holder.
