SOLUTION: The moistureproof packaging material 1 is constituted by laminating a laminated film 2, wherein a plurality of stretched films 2a, 2b are laminated so that the stretching directions of them cross each other almost at a right angle, and a base material layer 3 through an adhesive layer 4.
