PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst carrying structure prevented from the damage of the oxidative decomposition power and hydrophilicity of a photocatalyst caused by an antibacterial or antifungal agent 1 suppressing the propagation of bacteria or fungi over a long period of time and capable of keeping the antistaining effect or deodorizing effect of the photocatalyst. SOLUTION: In the photocatalyst carrying structure wherein the photocatalyst is carried by a carrier, the antibacterial agent and/or the antifungal agent is added in the vicinity of the surface of the carrier coming into contact with a photocatalyst layer or, in the photocatalyst carrying structure wherein an adhesive layer and the photocatalyst layer are successively formed on the carrier, the antibacterial agent and/or the antifungal agent is added to the adhesive layer. |
