PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truss type honeycomb panel having a simple constitution and sufficient strength. SOLUTION: In the truss type honeycomb panel 1 which is formed by sandwiching a honeycomb core 2 made of a trapezoidal shape repeating structure with upper/lower face sheets 3, at least one of the upper/lower face sheets 3 is arranged so that continuous or discontinuous protruding lines 4 are arranged in the direction crossing the honeycomb core 2.
