<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head comprising an alloyed steel of light weight and excellent in strength which is capable of increasing the volume. SOLUTION: This golf club comprises the alloyed steel of martensitebased metal composition consisting of 0.01-0.07 wt.% C, 0.1-0.5 wt.% Si, 0.01-0.2 wt.% Mn, 5.4-6.0 wt.% Ni, 12.0-14.0 wt.% Cr, 2.5-3.4 wt.% Mo, 1.5-2.5 wt.% Cu, 6.5-8.0 wt.% Co, 0.3-1.5 wt.% Nb, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities which may contain Al or Ti of 0.5 wt.% or less.</p> |
