<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilatable stent graft valve at least partly coated with an expansible polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). SOLUTION: The graft valve has (a) a discontinuous wall forming lumens adjustable by assuming a contraction position in the longitudinal direction and a dilation position in the longitudinal direction, (b) at least one expansible porytetrafluoroethylene layer with plural nodules 2 connected with fibrils tending in the longitudinal direction and separated from each other with a first average distance between the nodules in the longitudinal direction when the nodules 2 are in a free state. The polytetrafluoroethylene layer is applied to the wall, and the polytetrafluoroethylene has also a second average distance between the nodules in the longitudinal direction. When the wall is in the contraction position in the longitudinal direction, the second average distance between the nodules in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the first average distance. The fibrils tending in the longitudinal direction are extended when the nodules are in the free state, and are folded when the nodules are contracted in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
