PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solubilizer having high ability to solubilize oil-soluble materials. SOLUTION: A solubilizer consisting of a polyglyceric fatty acid ester and a lactic acid fatty acid ester salt as effective components and a hydrosol composition compounded therewith.
