ANTI-FOAMING AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyether based anti-foaming agent keeping excellent initial anti-foaming property and anti-foaming persistence and free from the deterioration of the water resistance of a paper product obtained in the case of being used in paper making. SOLUTION: This anti-foaming agent composition consists of a compound A prepared by adding 15-40 mol 2-4C alkylene oxide to a compound having 1-4 active hydrogen groups and 1-3 alkyl groups and/or alkenyl groups having >=16 total carbon atoms and a compound B prepared by adding 2-6 mol 2-3C alkylene oxide to an aliphatic amine and/or aliphatic amide having 14-18 average carbon atoms.
