PURPOSE: A rubber composition containing silica master batch is provided, which is improved in the dispersibility of silica in rubber, the binding force between rubber and silica, the viscosity and the mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises the silica master batch which is prepared by blending the mixture of 100 parts by weight of a natural rubber, 30-50 parts by weight of silica, 2-3 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent and 2-3 parts by weight of poly(ethylene glycol). The rubber composition is prepared by adding common additives comprising carbon black, a vulcanization promoter and ZnO2 to the silica master batch. |
