PURPOSE: A compression processing method for dried wood is provided to achieve dried semi-processed wood goods maintaining the unique feature of dried wood, to improve the strength of the goods, and to reduce the time of working. CONSTITUTION: In a primary compression step of the compression processing method for the dried wood goods, the dried semi-processed wood goods having a humidity of less than 10 percent is compressed in a compression molding device until its volume is reached 90 percent of original volume. In a primary heating step, the dried semi-processed wood goods is heated to a temperature of about 100 deg.C while a high frequency full wave length is continuously applied to the dried semi-processed wood goods. In a secondary compression step, the dried semi-processed wood goods is uniformly compressed in one-direction. Also, in a secondary heating step, the dried semi-processed wood goods is more heated up to 120 to 130 deg.C. The dried semi-processed wood goods is finally withdrawn from the compression molding device after being cooled. |
