PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble such as deterioration of product or emission of foreign substance due to microorganism having resistivity to a medicine used in sterilization of a device and a container for filling and packaging food and drink treated in an aseptic condition by suppressing proliferation of the microorganism in the product. SOLUTION: This method adds glabridin as a fungicide against a fungus belonging to genus Arthrinium and/or genus Chaetomium to the food and drink filled and packaged in an aseptic condition.
