PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for body administration of medicines, capable of converting the medicines contained in water droplets to be microparticles with generating anions in making water droplets into fumes so as to absorb the medicines and the like without pain into the body by improving performance of a nebulizer. SOLUTION: This method comprises administration of medicine or the like using an anion generator wherein a device for fume formation of water containing essential oil, medicine or the like is formed in a sphere, one or more nozzles 9 is used therein, anionized air containing essential oil, medicine or the like is generated therein by forming fume from water containing essential oil, medicine or the like, air introduced from the outside is allowed to flow circulatingly in the sphere, accompanied by turbulence by forming a circulating air flow in the sphere, the nozzles inject water containing essential oil, medicine or the like into the rotational air flow, the injected water is contacted with the circulating flow accompanied by turbulence produced inside, the sphere to form fume of water containing essential oil, medicine or the like and the inner surface of the sphere is the colliding surface for injected water from the nozzles.
