PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is used for bleaching teeth and can efficiently crystallize apatite fluoride on the surfaces of the teeth. SOLUTION: This composition for bleaching teeth comprises a peroxide, an acidic substance and apatite fluoride. Thereby, the surfaces of the teeth can be bleached with the peroxide such as hydrogen peroxide, and the apatite fluoride is directly crystallized on the surfaces of the teeth to fill detects and the like on the surfaces of the teeth with the apatite fluoride. An effect for preventing dental caries can be exhibited by the fluorination.
