PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in workability even if an object to be subjected to spray of concrete (bedrock) is at a low place and also ensure safety of workers. SOLUTION: Operation of a remote control operation pannel RCN is made possible in a remote control mode, then operation of a high place operation board HOPB is not made possible and operation of the pannel RCN is not made possible in a high place operation mode, while operation of the board HOPB is made possible only in the case that a worker is in a seating position. When an object to be subjected to spray of concrete (bedrock) is at a low place, through changeover to the remote control mode, operation can be directed via the pannel RCN in this way, and thereby no worker is required to ride on a working table every time, resulting in deterioration of workability. Since operation of the board HOPB is made possible when the worker is in the seating position in the high place operation mode, a high place working vehicle is not operated even if a lever is operated by mistake when the worker starts to stand or stands, and thereby safety is attained.
