ASSEMBLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SUSPENSION DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device for suspension damper capable of facilitating pulling out of a rock shaft from a rock hole to smooth assembling workings for suspension damper. SOLUTION: This assembling device for suspension damper comprises a damper 15 having a shaft 22 inside a strut case 21, a coil spring 19 elastically fitted between a lower spring sheet 26 fixed on the strut case 21 and an upper spring sheet 14 engaged with the shaft 22 and a nut 11 which is threadedly engaged with an upper end part 22a of the shaft 22 and has the upper spring sheet 14 locked with the shaft 22. This device is provided with a nut rotating means 41, the rock shaft 60 engaged into the rock hole 25 recessedly formed on a head top face 24 of the shaft 22 and a rock shaft fixing means 70 adapted to hold the rock shaft 60 in rotation stopping state or rotation allowing state for placing the rock shaft 60 in rotation allowing state after having the nut 11 locked.
