A method of providing services of handling civil affair report and guarantee on the Internet, includes the steps of receiving an application for civil affair report or a letter of guarantee from a user through the Internet (filing step), verifying whether the user is a civil affair reporter or guarantor according to the request in the filing step (verification step), on-line requesting a pertinent issuing organization to issue the supporting document to be transmitted to the application for civil affair report or letter of guarantee if the supporting document needs to be issued (handling step), making an on-line settlement with a financial institution for the cost required for handling the civil affair report or guarantee, requested in the filing step (payment step), and on-line reporting the filed civil affair report or on-line transmitting the guarantee related particulars to a requesting organization, if settlement has been successfully made in the payment step (service handling step). Therefore, the user can simply and conveniently achieve a civil affair report or guarantee just by connecting to a site that provides the service through the Internet and by entering particulars necessary for completing the service. Also, issuance of additional supporting document(s) and payment for the cost necessary for handling the civil affair report or guarantee, are simultaneously carried out on-line, the service can be provided so fast. |
