1. A loudspeaker, wherein an edge is connected at the outer circumferential portion with rim section of a frame (7) fixed to a magnetic circuit (1); a main diaphragm (11) is connected at the outer circumferential portion with the inner circumferential portion of the edge (10); a voice coil (8) to be placed in a magnetic gap (5) of the magnetic circuit (1) is connected with the inner circumferential portion of the main diaphragm (11); a damper (9) disposed at a place inner than the magnetic gap is fixed at the outer circumferential part with a plate (4) of the magnetic circuit; the damper is connected at the central part with the central portion of a sub-diaphragm (12); and the outer circumferential portion of said sub-diaphragm (12) is connected to the upper surface of the main diaphragm (11) at a place outer than a point where the main diaphragm is connected with the voice coil (8). 2. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the central part of damper (9) is coupled with the central portion of sub-diaphragm (12) via a center cap (14). 3. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein an edge sector (16) is provided in the outer circumferential portion of sub-diaphragm (12). 4. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein a dust cap is provided on the upper surface of the main diaphragm (11) or sub-diaphragm (12). 5. The loudspeaker of claim 2, wherein other damper (9b) is additionally provided between the center cap (14) disposed in the center of damper (9a) and the plate (4). 6. The loudspeaker of claim 2, wherein the center cap (14a) is extended downward (14b) to be guided by a part of the magnetic circuit (3a). |
