The present invention relates to a device for assistance with access control to premises and spaces. The device comprises a lock (2) or lock case applied relative to a door (1) to the said premises, which lock or lock case is connected to a lock bolt (12). This lock bolt is operated by, for example, associated turnable or movable handles (3, 4), located on either side of the said door (1) and is arranged to permit, after turning of the said handle (3, 4) opening of the said door (1), whereupon one (4 or 3) of the said handles is arranged via associated parts to act individually and is separated from the other (3 or 4) of the said handles or the like via its associated parts. The characteristics of the present invention are that the said handles (3, 4) are arranged to be momentarily connected together from a mutually disengaged starting position with the aid of a connection means (5, 6) intended for this purpose. This connection means is arranged to be moved - for the connection - from an inactive position to an active position in that a movement means (7) has been momentarily actuated manually, either directly or indirectly. The said connection means (5, 6) is arranged to be returned to the said disengaged starting position with mutually disengaged handles (3, 4) by the said one handle (4 or 3) after turning or movement of the latter for operation of the said lock bolt (12) to allow opening of the said door (1). |
