An array having a target substance immobilized at 2 or more points in a pre-determined region on a solid phase per cm<2> of a solid phase base, wherein the target substance is immobilized at 2 or more points at different concentrations exceeding at least 1 step; a method of detecting or quantifying a subject to be analyzed by using this array; and a kit for detecting or quantifying a subject to be analyzed (i.e., a kit for detecting a bonded matter) and a process for producing glycosylamine. Thus, a substance recognizing the target substance and binding thereto (i.e., the subject to be analyzed) can be conveniently and quickly detected at a high sensitivity <i>in vitro</i> based on the difference in the recognition and binding depending on the concentration of the target substance. Also, glycosylamine, which is useful in preparing the array, can be obtained at a higher efficiency and a higher purity. |
