The invention concerns the use of a surfactant-free composition comprising at least a water soluble protein, at least a water soluble polysaccharide and at least a compound selected among polyethylene oxides and ethylene oxide copolymers and another hydrophilic monomer, as surfactant, and, in particular, as detergent and dispersant. The invention is applicable for domestic detergence, industrial detergence, cleaning works of art, jewellery, cleaning surfaces polluted with hydrocarbons, suspending mineral or organic particles in aqueous medium, preparing self-dispersing products, formulation of damping solutions for offset printing, demulsifying crude oil, recuperating waste in the mineral industry. |
