The invention relates to medicine and can be used for a bioenergetic therapy applied to cure various diseases. The inventive method comprises a diagnosis of a patient's organism state based on the assessment of an electrical activity of the cerebrum by means of analysis of electroencephalogram and a therapy of the cerebrum according to focused local physical fields. Control of the cerebrum's reaction and dynamics of deviations from a normative characteristic level, characterizing a functional state of the cerebrum, is constantly performed. When optimal characteristics of controlled parameters are obtained, a screen picture is fixed and the encephalograph indications are controlled. The inventive method is carried out by means of a device which comprises an encephalograph provided with electrodes used for recording biopotentials of the cerebrum and a reflective focusing screen embodied in such a way that it can change its position for creating an optimal action. The invention ensures effective curing of a large number of diseases with the use of non-medicinal methods.
