PURPOSE: An internet search system and method is provided to reserve searching a web site over the internet and storing the search result at a VCR so that it can solve a problem of a limit of a memory and perform a search operation at a desired time, e.g. at night. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of constructing a reservation script file and storing the file at a flash memory(S1), executing a web browser and opening the reservation script file stored at the flash memory if the reserved time comes(S2), switching on a VCR for getting ready to record a search result(S3), and accessing a desired web site and recording display screens(S4). The system checks if another reservation web site exists after finishing a search operation on the web site. In the case of no other reserved web site, the system switches off the VCR. Otherwise, the system accesses a corresponding reserved web site, and repeating the web site access, the display, and the search operation. The system and method enables a user to reserve the search on the web sites while doing other works, and to browse the search results stored in the VCR when the user has much time.
