PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding pot and a nursery bed which can be mass-produced at low costs from the view point of their prices and do not cause action of environmental disruption. SOLUTION: Plants conventionally called waste products, unutilized products or regenerated products such circulating plant, or the like, represented by harvested products, and leaves, stalks, shells, cores, or the like, of corn, millet, straw, bamboo, kenaf, kaoliang and palm are used as raw materials for forming manufactured articles. The manufactured articles are referred to as finished goods such as seedling pots and nursery beds, and improve soil and become a nitrogenous fertilizer when buried under the ground. A pressing pressure is basically 1-5 kg/cm2 and, if necessary, varies according to waterproofing effect, oil retaining effect, or the like, when using the manufactured articles. The moisture content of the manufactured articles is preferably 9-18%. The manufactured articles are stored in a vacuum-packed condition after passing through the above process and a sterilization process.
