NC SYSTEM HAVING AUTOMATIC WARM-UP FUNCTION

PURPOSE: An NC(Numerical Control) system having automatic warm-up function is provided to improve the working circumstances and to enhance productivity by solving the problems of temporal waste and difficulty in resetting correction data when the error of a mechanical unit due to thermal expansion is corrected. CONSTITUTION: A warm-up selecting switch is turned on. Idle rotation of a program is automatically performed during set parameter time according to a command of the set program at the set parameter time for warm-up. The program is formed to the reciprocation of a mechanism after returning to the original point to use the main function sufficiently with safety. The automatic warm-up of the Sunday is canceled depending on setting of the warm-up of parameters. Herein, the entire system must be powered on all the time to cause waste of power consumption. To prevent the waste of power consumption, a timer is mounted between a power unit and a switchboard. Therefore, the power is supplied immediately before the warm-up mode is started.
