PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide corner wood 4 for a baseboard, by which the outside angle section of the baseboard is rounded and a danger is reduced while the baseboard is not damaged easily even when a hard article is to some extent struck against the outside angle section and which can protect the baseboard 9. SOLUTION: In the corner wood for the baseboard, the corner wood has side faces 5, 5' being formed in a rod shape and covering the end face of the baseboard 9 while pinched blades 6, 6 pinched between the baseboard 9 and a wall are formed.
