PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom structure in which a bath unit can be installed before an upper floor above a floor with the bath unit installed thereon is installed, and a bath room building method. SOLUTION: A first floor wall panel 10 constitutes a wall of the bathroom having the bath unit. A second floor panel 20 is installed on an upper end of the wall panel 10, and a second floor wall panel 40 constituting a wall of an upper floor above the bathroom. The first floor wall panel 10, the second floor panel 20 and the second floor wall panel 40 are connected to each other by girth bolts 61. The girth bolts penetrate holes formed in an upper rail 11 of the first floor wall panel 10. Upper and lower ends of the girth bolts 61 are attached to the second floor wall panel 40 and the first floor wall panel 10. Nuts 62b are preliminarily fixed to a lower side of the upper rail 11 facing the through holes. The lower ends of the girth bolts 61 are screwed to the nuts 62b, and the lower ends of the girth bolts are attached to the first floor wall panel 10.
