SOLUTION: A vibrating means 30 is provided for imparting vibration to the wash water jetted out of a spout 26, particularly, in the advancing direction of the wash water to thereby impart vibrational energy to kinetic energy of a jet to provide an effect capable of realizing cleaning ecellent in both cleaning power and bodily sensation.
