PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence and a fence panel having a fine mesh, being easy to manufacture, and capable of being integrated into a certain continuous length. SOLUTION: A panel 9 comprising horizontal wires 50 and vertical wires 51 which do not intersect each other at right angles is folded along a folding line C parallel to the horizontal wires 50 to fabricate a double panel 1 having a double part 2 and single folds 3 and 3 formed on the right and left sides thereof. The double panel 1 is joined with the next double panel 1 at the single fold 3. A post is provided between the double panels 1.
