<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce toxic components such as nitrogen oxides(NOx), dioxins(DXNs), etc., in the flue gas of a refuse incineration furnace. SOLUTION: In the refuse incineration equipment provided with a refuse incineration furnace 1, a cooling device 3 for the flue gas, a deduster 5 for the flue gas of the incineration furnace, an ash melting furnace 11 melting incinerated ash 8 separated by the deduster 5 for the flue gas, and a deduster 15 for the flue gas of the melting furnace, a catalist-carrying bag filter 5 is used as the deduster for the flue gas of the incineration furnace and a bag filter 15 is used as the deduster for the flue gas of the melting furnace. Alkali metals in the flue gas of the melting furnace are removed by the bag filter for the melting furnace flue gas and acidic substances in the flue gas of the melting furnace are removed by the bag filter 15 for the melting furnace flue gas by blowing an acidic substance-removing agent 17 in the upstream of the bag filter for the melting furnace flue gas. In this way, the flue gas passing through the bag filter for the melting furnace flue gas is returned 19 to the upstream of the catalyst-supporting bag filter 5 for the incineration furnace flue gas to simultaneously treat the nitrogen oxides and organic chlorine compounds.</p> |
