PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that information sufficient to surely collate it with bill information cannot be sent by conventional information on being transferred and that a burden for reforming, etc., of a system is heavy and required collation information cannot be held freely in a system using a conventional exchange system. SOLUTION: A creditor sends fund transfer request data to the account of the creditor from that of a debtor, which is added with information required for the collation of a bill and being transferred, to a bank, etc., by a computer system device. The bank, etc., sends this data to the debtor by this device. The debtor adds an understanding or reject mark to the sent data manually or by using his/her own computer by this device. The bank, etc., processes only data added with the understanding mark by this device and sends it with a transfer result back to the debtor. |
