PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of an answerer who answers an inquiry, to shorten the time up to the solution of an arising problem by a user, and to prevent a problem from arising. SOLUTION: Property information on a past inquiry history, an FAQ history, answerers, and users is referred to and a proper answerer, a user, and an adequate countermeasure method are extracted from a new inquiry. |
