PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information such as advertisement by an electronic mail while adding various points to a user member in accordance with the contents of the action of the member, which are electronic mail reception from a mail distributing terminal or return to the received electronic mail, etc. SOLUTION: This method is performed by providing a member register information database for storing member register information of the user members, a transmitting information input means for inputting information which is transmitted by electronic mail to the members, a program for selecting the members for distributing the mail among the user members by referring to the database and transmitting them and the mail distributing terminal for transmitting the electronic mail to the selected members, and adding points concerning the members in accordance with the contents of each action of the member, which are electronic mail reception from the terminal and return to the received electronic mail, etc., and, then, storing point information at every member in the database. |
