PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which makes it possible to provide suitable electronic advertisements even when a portable information terminal device enters an off-line state. SOLUTION: A 1st selecting process part of a distribution device selects an electronic advertisement including a variation so that it can be customized again by users in the portable information terminal device, generates a set of electronic advertisements, and puts it together with a set of digital content main bodies that a user requests to generate digital content data after the 1st selecting process, so that the data are distributed to the portable information terminal device and stored.
