PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which a state of output voltage in the internal power source circuit can be simply monitored in an external terminal and trimming of internal voltage can be easily performed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a limiter circuit 23 outputting voltage discrimination FLG to set a boosting voltage level of a boosting circuit to the prescribed value, and a monitor circuit 24 outputting a monitor signal monitoring a monitor node of the limiter circuit and stabilizing boosting voltage to a PAD1. The monitor circuit detects variation of an initial level from 'H' to 'L' of voltage discrimination FLG after start of operation of the limiter circuit 23 using external power source voltage Vextpw supplied from PAD 2 and 3 and a comparator CMP2 to which external reference voltage Vextref is given, and after that, the monitor circuit outputs a monitor signal holding a constant logic level during an operation period of the limiter circuit. Also, a feedback system of the limiter circuit is inactivated by giving externally voltage desired to set to a voltage monitor pad to give a voltage trimming function, and a limiter flag may be detected and stored by operating a resistance value of the limiter circuit.
