<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where a conventional non-destructive quality determining apparatus becomes complicated and larg-scaled and is poor in versatility, because it requires a device for regulating the vertical positions for fruits and vegetables or the vertical positions of a floodlight projection member and a light detection member, in order to irradiate the same region of each of fruits and vegetables different in size with light and the accurate determination of the quality of fruits and vegetables is not possible because an optical axis is shifted. SOLUTION: Reflecting members 13, 14 for converting a light-advancing direction to an almost horizontal direction on a conveyor means are provided between a floodlight projection means 11 and fruits and vegetables M and fruits and vegetables M and a light-detection means 12, so as to be movable in the vertical directions.</p> |
