<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the combustion-controlling device of a water heater that can switch the amount of combustion according to conditions. SOLUTION: In this hot-water-storage-type water heater, the amount of combustion is determined according to the amount of temperature change in a temperature detection means that is provided at a can body before starting combustion. In this manner, by detecting the temperature of hot water in the can body and then determining the amount of combustion according to the amount of change in the temperature, the amount of combustion can be switched in multiple steps, thus achieving combustion control according to the state and purpose of a combustion device and solving such problems as noise and energy loss.</p> |
