摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for one-component full-color development which is excellent in legibility of black characters, fast mohochromatic development rate and reproducibilyt of colors for full-color development, which prevents toner filming on a developer carrying body and toner fog on a photoreceptor for a long time, and in which the toner is carried in a good state to a developing zone. SOLUTION: In the method for the full-color development, each color toner or black toner is passed through the gap between a developer carrying body and a developer regulating member disposed in contact with the carrying body to electrify toner particles, which are then carried to a developing zone to successively develop electrostatic latent images for each color. In this method, each toner satisfying expressions 1.1<=Tanδ<=1.35, where Tanδratio= (Tanδof color toner measured at 150 deg.C, 1 Hz)/(Tanδof black toner measured at 150 deg.C, 1 Hz) and Tanδ<=1.0 of black toner measured at 150 deg.C, 1 Hz is carried to the developing zone by the developer carrying body which satisfies the ratio of the weight average particle size of the toner to the surface roughness ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 and the average peak-to-peak distance ranging 20 to 200μm.</p>
