<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission standby based on a play list without bothering the station personnel in broadcasting station. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a preparation means 11 for preparing the play lists for indicating the transmission schedule of data recorded in a recording and reproducing means 12, an imparting means 11 for imparting attributes for instructing transmission standby to the play lists, a transmission trigger setting means 11 for setting a transmission trigger for the data to be added to the play list, a time setting means 11 for setting the time for standby of the transmission, a transmission standby means 11 for judging whether or not the attribute is imparted to the play list prepared in the preparation means 11 at the time set in the time setting means 11 and performing transmission standby based on the play list to which the attribute is imparted and a transmission start means 11 for judging the arrival of the transmission trigger set in the transmission trigger setting means 11 for the data for which the transmission standby is performed in the transmission standby means 11, reproducing the data from the recording and reproducing means 12 and starting the transmission.</p> |
