PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image forming device capable of stabilizing the surface potential of a photoreceptor at the time of starting the electrophotographic image forming device in an early stage, stably forming an image for the first sheet in an ordinary state and always rapidly forming the good-quality image. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic image forming device is provided with an electrifying means, an exposure means, a developing means, a transfer means, a separation means, an optical destaticizing means and a photoreceptor. At the time of starting the rotation of the photoreceptor, at least one of the means capable of electrifying the photoreceptor to the same polarity as that at the time of forming the image out of the optical destaticizing means, the transfer means, the separation means, a pre-transfer electrifying means or a pre-optical destaticizing electrifying means is actuated, and the electrifying means is actuated before the actuation starting position on the photoreceptor of the transfer means, the separation means, the pre-transfer electrifying means or the pre-optical destaticizing electrifying means which is actuated rushes in the electrifying means. |
