PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body for a thin battery without leaking the electrolytes or the like during a log term of storage and a method of manufactur ing the same. SOLUTION: The inner phase of the bag body for thin battery is composed of the aluminum laminated film 1 covering treated with a sealant resin. This laminated film 1 is featured of having lots of scale-like metal powders 8 between either the surface of the sealant resin layer 4 or the inside layer of the sealant resin layer 4, or between the aluminum foil 2 and the sealant resin layer 4.
