PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient X-ray detector which has a scintillator including a doped alkali halogenide, and a photodiode array with at least one photodiode containing a semiconductor material. SOLUTION: This X-ray detector has the scintillator including the doped alkali halogenide, and the photodiode array with at least one photodiode containing the semiconductor material. The detector is provided with a color conversion agent containing a light-emitting substance set between the scintillator and the photodiode array. Most of X-ray radiation can be utilized to analyze images.
