KEYBOARD ALLOTTER AND CALL CENTER TERMINAL USING KEYBOARD ALLOTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide keyboard allotter to be used when pieces of data are simultaneously inputted in plural PCs by using one KB and a terminal for call center using the keyboard allotter. SOLUTION: A terminal 201 for work is connected with a microcomputer 8b1 on the side of first PC via connector 871 for connecting the first PC and a CTI terminal 261 is connected with a microcomputer 8b2 on the side of a second PC via a connector 872 for connecting the second PC. The KB 7 is connected with a microcomputer 8a on the KB side via a connector 84 for connecting KB. And the microcomputers on the PC side and the KB side are constituted to enable data exchange. The data inputted from the KB is transmitted to at least one of the terminal for work and the CTI terminal selected by operations of press keys 821 to 824 for selecting PC provided on an operation panel 8c.
