PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water cleaning device having a high power economizing effect and capable of jetting out hot water immediately after releasing a power economizing mode. SOLUTION: At power economizing mode nonexecution time, an electric current is carried to heaters 15, 16 so that a water temperature of first and second chambers 13, 14 of a hot water tank 2 becomes a water temperature selected by a water temperature adjusting switch 23. At power economizing mode performing time, current-carrying to the heater 15 of the first chamber 13 is stopped. An electric current is carried to the heater 16 so that the water temperature of the second chamber 14 becomes the water temperature or a water temperature slightly lower than that.
