PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy in a system of carrying fluid by a pump and the like. SOLUTION: In a closed circuit type liquid carrying system, surplus heads of pumps 33-1 to 33-3 are converted to energy by an energy collection type head adjusting unit 13 provided at the front stage of the pump and it is fed back. An energy saving system can be achieved by feeding back the energy which has been a loss in the past.
