PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an informing device for arrival information capable of informing a distant location of the information concerning arrival time of a moving body even during traveling of the moving body. SOLUTION: This informing device has a destination setting means 22 setting the destination a route setting means 23 setting or calculating a route the set destination; a present location detection means 24 detecting a position of a present location; a present time acquisition means 25 acquiring present time; an arrival time estimation means 26 estimating the arrival time to the destination through the set of calculated route on the basis of the detected position of the present location and the acquired present time; an information setting means 27 setting the information concerning the arrival time; and information informing means 33, 34 informing the distant location of the set information concerning the arrival time by a mobile communication such as a portable telephone or a PHS, or an E-mail.
