<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line shopping environment in which merchandise information can be obtained intuitively and merchandise can efficiently and appropriately selected. SOLUTION: The information on the interest, taste and adherence of each user is preliminarily stored in an interest and taste database 212. When merchandise is introduced to the user, merchandise matching with the interest of the user is guided by referring to the database 212. In such a case, when the user purchases the merchandise, relevant merchandise is further guided by referring to a merchandise relation database 218. The purchase history of each user is recorded in a purchase history management database 214 and analyzed appropriately, and the contents of the database 212 are updated.</p> |
